Financial Considerations
Pricing is based upon particular job required with packages available
for pre- and post-purchase or sale. Many times, work can be done
remotely with both parties providing information and data. Here are some
prices that can be negotiated based upon your particular needs:
Consulting:
Hospitality Green Lodging; Innkeeper Owner Operations & Marketing;
Management Sale, Marketing, Operations for New Business

Hospitality: Telephone, Internet via e-mail, On-site, Follow-up:
First hour
consultation on phone: $59. Payment via PayPal for all work.
Additional time determined at end of conversation to go forward.
If desire is to proceed forward, hourly rate is $39 with a
discount for 10 or more hours.

Management: $120 per hour. $300 per day

All
special reports will be done on an hourly basis negotiated by job.
Innkeeping
On-site innsitting/innkeeping

$125-$190/day depending upon the size of the inn. Minimum two (2)
nights if more than 100 miles, plus travel and expenses. Includes
all innkeeper work except housekeeping.

Based upon location, innsitting could be practically free for a
wonderful place to spend a vacation—especially NC, NYC, CA, OR, WA,
VT, CT, MA, and CO where there are mountains, rivers, and water to
swim in. Just ask!
