Be assured that when you need help that you have someone who has run a successful inn. The cost for a professional is relative to the ease of mind you will have when you leave for a vacation. What you do not want to do is keep in constant phone contact with the person in charge of your inn. You should expect to have your daily business run as if you were there.

Expect that my services will provide you with 100% attention to your guests, your policy and procedures for operating, and that my work will be tied to your ongoing revenue production while you are gone. Your walk-ups or guests with reservations will be my #1 priority. Insuring that your business runs smoothly is essential to both our success.

My experience was using my 12-room inn for business meetings, weddings, family reunions, and leisure and business clients on a daily basis. All of my guests enjoyed a hot, specially-prepared breakfast in the morning and snacks throughout the day. Your guests will be given all of the considerations that you give them. If you have a special event such as a wedding planned, you can be assured that I will be able to handle that.

Cleaning of rooms will be done by your normal housekeeper in your absence. My fees will include helping with the kitchen clean-up and the preparation for the house and dining rooms to receive new guests.
